Returns Period
You may return most unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please note that all returned items must be in new, resalable condition.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day return period. Please include your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Pack and Ship: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refund Timing and Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned unless defective:
- Diamond Core Drills: Due to the nature of diamond drilling and potential wear on the diamond segments.
- Bare Units: (tool-only purchases without batteries/chargers) unless sealed in original packaging.
All products must be returned with original packaging and all included accessories.
