Shipping Policy

We ship globally (excluding Asia and a few remote territories). Please see below for our standard shipping options and timeframes.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two reliable shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note: These timeframes are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our professional Angle Drills, Combi Drills, Diamond Core Drills, Drill Drivers, Percussion Drills, SDS Drills, and Bare Units. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns Period

You may return most unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in new, resalable condition.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day return period. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship to Address: Send your return to:

  5. Processing: Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item) or the product is defective. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refund Timing and Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned unless they are defective:

  • Diamond Core Drills: Due to the nature of diamond drilling and potential wear on the diamond segments.
  • Bare Units (tool-only purchases without batteries/chargers) unless they are still sealed in their original, unopened packaging.

All products must be returned with their original packaging and all included accessories to be eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you, including covering the return shipping.
