We ship globally, excluding Asia and certain remote territories. You are responsible for ensuring that products ordered can be legally imported to your destination country.

5.2 Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

All timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing.

5.3 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

5.4 Delivery

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate shipping information
• Being available to receive delivery or making appropriate arrangements
• Inspecting products upon delivery and noting any issues with the carrier

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

You may return most unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Returned items must be in new, resalable condition.

2. Wait for authorization and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Securely package the item(s) in original packaging with all accessories and documentation
4. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package

6.3 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent) or product defect.

6.4 Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned unless defective:

• Diamond Core Drills (due to potential wear on diamond segments)
• Bare Units (unless still sealed in original, unopened packaging)

6.5 Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. Timing varies by payment provider:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
• PayPal: 3-5 business days

6.6 Damaged or Defective Items
